My classes incorporate strong alignment-based work, with modifications and detailed steps to map out a clear path to progress. Options are given to accommodate beginners looking to familiarize themselves with the poses, and progressions are offered for more advanced practitioners seeking more depth, growth, or a more refined experience of the shapes.
